Is it REALLY FREE? What if I don't want your logo on my home page?

Yes.. 100% free, but you MUST keep our logo on your HOME page. If you don't want our logo on your home page, you can sponsor a complex for LIFE for a small fee.

What do you mean by "Sponsor" a complex, and what are my options if I want to ?

The only people who can "sponsor" a complex are real estate agents. The main reason you would want to "sponsor" a complex if you are an agent is because you would be the person's whose link is placed on the complex, if you sell in this complex or if it is located in your area you can develop leads, you will have a full page link on the complex to another page which describes the complex in detail with a link to your page so you can be contacted directly.

You have several options upon signing up.

1. FREE-Complimentary Link- This simply provides a link back to your site from the complex name. Our Link Logo must be located on your HOME page before you apply for this link.
2. Sponsor a complex for LIFE for a one time fee.

What if I don't see a complex I sell in and would like to sponsor it ?

Simply complete our Sponsorship form form and submit it.

Is my Sponsorship exclusive?

We realize that many agent sell in many complexes. Sponsorships are granted on a first come-first served basis. The agent that sponsors the complex first will be granted exclusive sponsorship rights to the complex. If there are several phases of the complex, the first agent that submitted information has exclusive rights to the ENTIRE complex for the term of their sponsorship.

When will my sponsorship be posted. ?

In normal conditions you could expect to see you sponsorship posted within two business days of submission. You will get an e-mail response acknowledging your submission within one day.
